Driving Directions
From downtown San Francisco (US-101 South): Take US-101 South to the Cesar Chavez Street exit. Turn left onto Cesar Chavez, right onto Church Street. NTH Rehab is approximately six blocks south.
From Oakland / East Bay (Bay Bridge): Cross the Bay Bridge westbound, take I-280 South to the Mariposa Street exit, then continue on Church Street south into Noe Valley.
From the Peninsula (I-280 North): Take I-280 North to the Sixth Street exit, continue north to Cesar Chavez, then left onto Church Street.
Muni: The J Church line stops one block from our front door. Call ahead and our team can meet you at the station.
